Hi, my name is Cai, and this is my Mam, Bethan.

When I was 12, my Mam was diagnosed with a cancerous brain tumor. Thanks to the incredible care from our NHS, she was able to get the treatment she needed. Watching my Dad raise money for Cancer Research with a sponsored bike ride inspired me to give back in my own way.

This June, my friend Megan and I will be taking on the Tough Mudder assault course challenge in Scotland to raise money for Clatterbridge Cancer Charity. This amazing charity and hospital have helped countless cancer patients, including my Mam. The brilliant people there deserve every bit of support to continue helping families facing similar hardships.

Every donation will go directly to supporting their vital work, funding treatment, research, and patient care. I hope you’ll join me in making a difference—no amount is too small, and every penny helps.

Hi, I’m Andy, and on 15/03/2026 i will be running the Liverpool half marathon & on 19/04/2026 I will also be running the Manchester Marathon, totalling a distance of 39.3 miles to raise funds for Clatterbridge Cancer Charity. This cause is incredibly close to the hearts of my family & friends. Last year my brother -in-law & myself raised a whopping £1680 for Clatterbridge Cancer Charity in memory of our father-in-law, Dave.

I intend to keep running in his memory & in addition to this for other family & friends who are suffering with this horrible disease.

I have seen Clatterbridge first hand work tirelessly helping people in their times of need. They not only provided exceptional treatment and care but also gave comfort to our family during the toughest of times.

Now, i want to give something back. Clatterbridge Cancer Charity helps fund vital research, treatments, and support services for cancer patients and their families. Every donation, no matter how big or small, will go towards helping others receive the fantastic treatments they deserve.

Hi, my names Dylan and me and my brother Elliott are going to be running 10 5ks in 10 days for the Clatterbridge cancer centre, Clatterbridge helped treated our nan who was fighting lung cancer recently, and she recently beat the cancer too! So me and my brother are doing this to raise money to donate to Clatterbridge, any donation will help.

Hi, my name is Ritik Suri, and I am fundraising for Clatterbridge Cancer Charity.

This cause is very close to my heart because my hero—my Nanu (grandad), Mr. Yashbir Kohli—sadly lost his battle with cancer this year. As a family, we are broken and lost without the head of our family. Nothing will ever bring him back.

But what we will never forget is the incredible care and support my Nanu, as the patient, and we, as his family, received from Clatterbridge. They are a stand-up charity, always there for their patients and the suffering family members and friends.

Our family cannot thank everyone at Clatterbridge enough for their kindness during such a painful time.

That’s why I am asking all my family and friends to join me in raising funds. Every penny will go directly to supporting cancer patients who need care and support—just like my Nanu did.

Together, we can honor his memory by helping others in their fight.

Also once we reach the fundraising goal I will be shaving my hair on my head & my beard off I am going to do this to show my support for the patients who sadly loose their hair during cancer treatments like chemotherapy.
