Dear friends,

I'm reaching out to share a deeply personal story that has shaped my life and career path. My name is Kevin Greenfield, and I want to tell you about my older brother, Doug.

Doug was born with autism, and his journey has been both challenging and inspiring. Growing up alongside him, I witnessed firsthand the unique struggles and triumphs that individuals with autism experience every day. Doug taught me patience, empathy, and the value of understanding and acceptance.

His journey also ignited my passion for helping others facing similar challenges. That's why I chose to become a therapist. I wanted to make a difference in the lives of individuals like Doug, helping them to achieve their fullest potential and lead fulfilling lives.

With Doug's struggles motivating me, I've strived to be my best in every aspect of my life, including as the owner of Kinetic Home Therapy Services. Our mission is to provide personalized care and support to seniors, including those with autism and other special needs, in the comfort of their own homes.

This April, as we recognize Autism Awareness Month, I'm launching a fundraising campaign in honor of Doug and all those affected by autism. I've partnered with Autism Speaks, a leading advocacy organization dedicated to promoting solutions for the needs of individuals with autism and their families.

My goal is to raise $1000 to support Autism Speaks' vital programs and initiatives, including research, advocacy, and support services. Every donation, no matter how small, will make a difference in the lives of those touched by autism.
